Privacy Policy

Systems Technologies, Inc. (Systek) takes your privacy seriously and considers it a high priority. This privacy policy explains what information Systek may obtain from you and how we may use it. If you have any questions, please Contact Us

Personal Information

The only personal information Systek obtains about you is information you voluntarily supply. We may request certain personally identifiable information from you for certain website functions and you may be asked to voluntarily provide contact information (e.g. name, email, and address) on certain form submissions. This information may be used to contact you at a later date. We only retain voluntarily submitted personal data on secure database servers protected by security devices and anti-theft mechanisms. No personal data is stored on our website other than general numerical statistics used for internal reporting.

Due to the open nature of the Internet and the related data flows, no website can guarantee 100% data security. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information Systek cannot in any way guarantee 100% data security.

Resume Submission

Systek provides a capability for users to submit their resumes. Any resumes received will be held in confidence. We will use this data for the sole purpose of considering the submitting party for employment. We may use this information for processing your submission and to contact you, if necessary, for employment purposes only.

Distribution

Systek will occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf and we will provide those companies only with the information they need to deliver the service.  The information we provide to them may include some personal information that you have voluntarily provided.  They are not authorized to use that information for any purpose other than delivering the services we have hired them to provide. We do not sell any user-provided information to third parties.

We may need to disclose personal information when required by law when we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our company.

Childrens’ Privacy

Our Systek website is for adult use ONLY. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use or access this website in any way. We will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from such children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected any personal information from children under 13, we will promptly delete such information from our databases.

Cookies

Like most standard web servers, our Systek website may use cookies stored on your computer.  Cookies are small pieces of data which are sent by a website to your web browser and may be stored on your computer. Your browser has an option to accept, reject or provide you with a notice when a cookie is sent. If you are concerned about the use of cookies, you may configure your web browser to either request your specific acceptance of a cookie or disable cookies entirely. You will still be able to fully navigate our website if you choose to refuse or disable cookies.

Do Not Track

The Systek website does not currently use any devices, software or functionality to track web browsing on our website. Do Not Track is a feature offered by certain web browsers that lets you express a preference not to be tracked by websites. When a visitor to our website has enabled the “Do Not Track” option, we will not assign the browser a unique cookie and will not log the IP address. This means you will still be able to fully navigate our website if you choose to refuse or disable tracking.
