• Design

  Develop effective implementations for each function, assuring consistency between functions.

• Evaluate

  Has essential functionality been achieved with necessary quality at lowest lifecycle cost? Does the sum of the parts satisfy the whole?

• Analyze

  Is the right problem being solved? Does the solution fit the problem? What are the impacts of tradeoffs and compromises?
